Great space and area near 4 and D train horrible upkeep though

Pros:
Huge bedrooms sizes and close to two major train stations the 4 and the D train and bx35 and bx 1 and 2
Cons:
No elevator and they don't keep up with the apartment as far as fixing leaks and such
