Good Neighbors, Bad Super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good neighbors, never felt like packages would get stolen. In fact a couple of neighbors have held packages for me so they would be more secure and gave them to me later after coming home from work.
Cons:
Basement Laundry is not kept clean
Not enough laundry machines
Only one person working as porter and handyman
