The building is unsafe.

Nothing at all
Cons:
The building is a fire hazard.
Is not being clean, garbage not being picked up.
A lot of people with COVID
Drug activity in the building.

Apartments are huge
Cons:
Building is filled with crack heads and drugs, not a safe place. You complain and nothing ever changes.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your tenants that pay a high rent for horrible living situation
