Pleasant experience & nice apartment

Pros:
Big fan of the management company in terms of responsiveness and common sense. Apartment is refurbished but with some of the original fittings (such as tin ceiling) intact.
Cons:
Wish it was a bit more soundproof, and while pest control is generally good, there is a worry about rats in a neighboring building and bugs have occasionally been a problem.
Advice to owner:
Figure out a better trash situation perhaps and find a way to minimize intrusive sounds.
