The management staff are unresponsive to complains, and very little heat
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighborhood is a mix of nationalities, and they "very friendly.
Cons:
The way the management deals with the tenants, it’s deplorable.
Advice to owner:
Don’t just seat back and collect the money, be involved on your property, see how your management treat the tenants and how abusive they can be. Treat people with the same courtesy that you like to be treated.
