Functional for the Most Part
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super at the time, Armando, was quick to make necessary repairs.
Cons:
My bathroom ceiling would have a water leak every 3-6 months which was annoying. My neighbors liked to play music at all hours of the night.

I hate this building.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The new Superintendent is more attentive to the tenants.
Cons:
Neighbors are loud at all hours of the day.
Advice to owner:
Ask the tenants if they’re experiencing any problems with neighbors, heat, water pressure. Follow up on past Fixing jobs you had.
