pros and con
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartments are huge
Cons:
Response time when something need to be fixed is horrible, I had a rat problem. Management is very rude they treat you like u owe them money or as if the government pay your rent.
Advice to owner:
STOP treating your tenants like we live of the government some of us work hard and are very responsible people.

Building is losing its value due too the people that are currently in charge of cleaning and taking care of the garbage.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building had multiple exits in case of emergency but they are also missing using the exits.
Cons:
They put the garage for 2 seperate buildings in the middle of the patio alot of roaches have appeared ever since so I feel like the building it self is infected with coacoroaches and mice. They leave the garage in the same place for more than a week which leads too both buildings being infested with coacoroaches they barely clean the building as much as they used too youll see the same dirt marks for like a whole week.
Advice to owner:
Fire your management team they clearly don't know what they are doing it isn't fair to have a exit right next to the store and not be able to use it makes the elderly people and everyone who actually live there to walk around the whole block of the building rather than just coming out their building ita uncomfortable they basically stop putting the trash from having it at the back side of the building too in-between of the building which is making your building juat get infested
