Super is Horrible
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very spacious apartments rent is reasonable
Cons:
Every month there is a leak and they take forever to make repairs and they do horrible repairs. Just patch up problems and say they fixed the problem and they don’t
Advice to owner:
Get a real super who answers they phone and knows how to repair leaks. Fine neighbors who keep causing the issues to the leaks
