Pros:
The neighborhood and the Yankees stadium being around
Cons:
The noise , the drama , everybody hating on each other , is paying rent to live on apartments full of roaches and rats
Advice to owner:
Be on time is a requirement when it comes to fixing a paying tenants ceilings from falling or even fridge leaking water messing up the floor tiles
