All in all, I’d recommend
Former Tenant
Pros:
Despite the not-so-stellar ratings I gave this building, these are things that bother me too much but that I know in reality aren’t so great. Like the not great responsiveness and the shitty heating system is manageable to me. The garbage situation is serious though. It’s attracted so many rats but all in the open and so close to the building. I think it’d be better if we had dumpsters. Still a building i’d recommend
