Everything. Loudness. Crazy neighbors , no parking , crime rate , i can go on

Pros:
The neighbors are very nice. The landlord is pretty responsive. The building is kept clean.
Cons:
The exterminator doesn’t visit very often.
Advice to owner:
The building manager is excellent. Just try and keep control of the noise.
