Need help immediately.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is livable.
Cons:
The super do not do anything until it is court ordered. And there is a tenant that called himself tenant president that harasses people even if they live there because they're sitting on the step
Advice to owner:
The whole building need to be renovated.
