Advice to owner:

Poorly run, roach problem, loud neighbors, not recommended
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large space, decent Superintendent
Cons:
Loud inconsiderate neighbors, landlord refuses to address the poor quality of life caused by constant partying, screaming and smoking in hallways. Large gatherings during pandemic in the building and in front of the building without any masks. Poor sound and weather insulation, broken windows that never get properly fixed or replaced, aesthetic renovations are only superficial and actually fall apart easily, roach and spider infestations, often no hot water (twice monthly at lease) and no notices when the hot water is going to be cut off. If the property manager is emailed about issues tenants rarely receive a response HOWEVER even with proper communication tenants are threatened with court for being even a week late on rent. This is about one step above a slum.
Advice to owner:
Get your act together.
