Awful place. Unsanitary, many health hazards, electrical/plumbing issues.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing. The place is in need of many fix ups, updates, and clean ups.
Cons:
Unsanitary Smoking allowed in hallways Floors are dirty Elevator needs reparations Garbage is thrown outside building Mail lockers are old and unprotected Getting repairs for tenants takes too long Management does not respond to tenants consents with value The lobby ceiling is falling off The building entrance door is old and rusted with wholes in it Building hallway windows are dirty and a safety issue
Advice to owner:
Care about the hospitality and apartments you rent to your tenants as if it were your own. Have better care takers of the building. The building needs fixing and the office needs people who want to help tenants with their issues, not people who tell you to call back.
