It’s a roof but barely

Pros:
Nothing this place is only a roof
Cons:
Roaches rats a fire hazard hoarder who the building don’t care about no heat and hot water for days at a time they do not fix anything
Advice to owner:
Stop being a slumlord and make repairs

Pros:
There’s nothing nice about this building it’s the hood stay away
Cons:
Everything about this building is horrible!
Advice to owner:
Clean up the building update the apartments bring some security something everybody and there mother is in front of the building everyday it’s annoying they dirty it everyday and the porters don’t cleans everyday

It’s a roof but that’s the only good thing

Cons:
Roaches rays mold little to no heat change the super every other week

Stop bein slumlords
