You Get What You Pay For

Pros:
It’s a 10 minute walk from the 4 and D train. Close to Yankee stadium and Bronx Market is in walking distance.
Cons:
Hallways are sometimes a bit dirty

It’s a nice walk to yankee stadium
Cons:
The heat never works and it’s always about 10 or people sitting in the front hanging out
