Non-responsive to Repairs
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super maintains the building clean
Cons:
Management is non responsive to tenants repair and email are not followed through. Must call 311 to get a response.
Advice to owner:
Owner have to do a better job with Responding to tenants email and tenants repairs. Hire licensed contractor for repairs. As far as for rent statements. The rent statement put on the doors do not correlate with the online rental payments. Also, when tenants ask for rent ledger management ignores the request by not answering the email. Management need to address mold, peeling paint, leakages, sunken floors, pest infestation and windows.
