1370 University Review
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super keeps the building very clean including where you go to throw away your garbage. The area where the garbage is thrown out is also very well lit. The apartments are big compared to newer NYC apartments. The kitchen, living room and bedroom areas are big. Same with the closets.
Cons:
Takes time for things in your apartment to get fixed. During the warmer months it does get loud outside making it hard to sleep and rest during the weekday and weekends.
