Former Tenant
Pros:
Feels like home. Genuinely like living here. Everything is nearby, the noise level is low-medium. Hallways are always clean, the apartment is pretty, conditions are good, and have a lot of windows.
Cons:
During the cold months, heating is excessive, Have to open windows, turn on fans, and sometimes even turn on the AC in the WINTER. Spoke about this to them multiple times, and was told there is no control. If we close the windows during the winter, the apartment gets too hot. This unit has 11 Heating radiators. Never sure what triggers it, but there is no way to turn it down from inside the apartment. We are very careful with curtains or other flammables. However, we worry if our neighbors are also being careful because those heaters are too much.

Their voicemail is not activated and they dont pick up the phone. I don't really care about the phone, but when I have called it is to tell them the apartment is too hot, can someone come turn this heater off. They don't respond though. So, we open all the windows, and for some reason the heaters just get HOTTER. Anyways, then I just take a cold shower.

Very limited parking... not owner's fault though.
Advice to owner:
Excellent property, Just figure out how we (The tenants) can control the building heaters. Internal temperature 82 degrees with windows closed when NYC temperature is 53 degrees.
