Pros:
The main thing that is positive is that you have everything you need just a walking distance away. You have discount stores, a Supermarket, hardware store, the bus and train station. It’s what makes the building good. Location.
Cons:
The property is not well kept nor is it being restored properly. The cleaning here is mediocre.
Advice to owner:
When a tenant is calling you please pick up right away and take care of their problem ASAP just like you claim you do on your website.
