Good neighbors, neighbors try to help clean the building
Cons:
Dirty , big huge rats in walls and apartments, they break holes everywhere, roaches , mold , lead

Nothing is good about the building or landlord
Cons:
Big rats in apartments , no heat , building is very dirty , they take very long to come fix things , the landlord never cares about what’s going on , just wants the money no matter what , would kick you out of your pregnant and all , very disrespectful , don’t understand it’s COVID and jobs is closed and many people is trying to survive and try to pay rent and help at least

Need to fix the building and more respectful to people and understand it’s COVID and no jobs is open & we are trying to survive and need to work with people

The bus lines.
Cons:
Everything else. NOTHING is great about this place. This app wants me to edit this post and be respectful, but the Management of this building isn’t respectful—I’m just matching their energy.
Advice to owner:
Knock it down. Raze the property. Get better management. Supers that can communicate would be a help.

Pros:
Pros? Ummmm .. the location is a bit convenient.
Cons:
There have been rodent problems since 2006, the garbage area smells horrible because it is not taken care of properly, the neighbors are terrible, there have been so many crimes committed in the building & nothing has ever been done. It doesn't make any sense why I have to explain to my daughter that someone was killed in the building or was almost killed IN FRONT OF MY DOOR.
Advice to owner:
Knock the damn building down.
