Shut building down
Former Tenant
Pros:
They give good heat, and hot water. THAT'S IT THAT'S ALL.
Cons:
They don't fix anything, clean anything, do anything. They don't care. These apartments are falling apart and they do nothing. They always have an excuse on why they keep things messed up. The people they're now moving in don't care about the building. They live here and tear it up, don't respect their neighbors. It's a sh$t show in here.
Advice to owner:
If you don't want to do your job STOP buying buildings. You're scared of your tenants so they do whatever they want. Stop going into these minority neighborhoods buying buildings to let them be torn apart by the people they move in.
