BASAMENT FLOOD FOR 2 YEARS BECAUSE PIPE BROKE

Pros:
Landlord no fix water pipe liking
Cons:
No heat
No hot water
Broke sewer water pipes
Steam heat pipes liking
Broke stairs
Rats
Bed bugs in the basamento
Fleas all over the Bulding
Cockroach all over the Bulding
All commercials store shoot down because water pipe liking from apartments kitchens and heat steam lines.
No management at all
Super does not do anything to fix nothing
Many drugs dealers selling drugs into the empty apartments.
Advice to owner:
PLEASE SELL YOUR BULDING TO SOMEONE ELSE
