Another slumlord building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
There is a park and a store on each end of the street!
Cons:
The apartments are infested with roaches and there are rats in the buildings! The hallways are dingy and dirty looking! The people across the street are always blasting music! There is a halfway house across the street!
Advice to owner:
Update the apartments and have an exterminator exterminate the whole building at least every month!!
