Horrible with repairs

Pros:
Low rent.. close to train
Cons:
Terrible building.. building is never cleaned but maybe once a week. Even during Covid they didn’t clean for almost a month . Horrible with apartment repairs . Roaches mice rats throughout building.. super never around ..

Keep up with repairs and super
