Avoid it, I plan to move ASAP

Pros:
-Good amount of space (my partner and I have a 1bdr)
-Close by to trains, groceries, hardware, etc
-Good heat and hot water
-Kind neighbors and neighborhood
-Super is cool and helpful; quick response time
Cons:
-Rat found in our kitchen/space behind oven wasn't inspected OR covered up so we wouldn't know
-Walk up building with 6 flights, but has elderly people and people with disabilities; terrible accessibility
-Garbage can pile up in garbage room, and brings more rats
-Water pressure is weak
-Broken intercoms
-Landlord slow to respond; owner barely answers
Advice to owner:
Answer phone calls and emails, get better exterminators and create better accesibility for tenants
