Review on building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Not many people bother you besides the people outside with the music.
Cons:
Too loud, not enough cleanliness from super. During winter time, the heater is let on for wayyy too long, way too hot inside the building, should be moderate heat, not a blazing summer heat.
Advice to owner:
Get better people to work in the building.
