Ugly on the outside and inside

Pros:
In walking distance of many shops
Cons:
Never turn on the heat, never fix things, they'll take months to fix something, never clean until 2 days later, broken window, neighbors steal packages, will take months to come look at something that's been broken and will not fix it, roach and rat problems
