Building Needs Improvements
Former Tenant
Pros:
Thick walls so you don’t get to hear your neighbors unless they are very loud. Beautiful architecture. The super tries to do a thorough cleaning job daily. Decent sized apartments for the price.
Cons:
Elevator is old and is constantly breaking. Water loss, low water pressure. Broken intercom system. Mice and Roach infestations. Inadequate heating. Lack of communication from landlord or building management.
Advice to owner:
There are a lot of repairs that need to done. Difficult to live in these apartments without these basic and needed services.
