Awful building over priced, not safe
Former Tenant
Pros:
Everyone knows everyone
Cons:
No heat, No hot water in the Winter months. Building is dirty. No live in super. Apartments are old, not modern at all. Drug use in roof. Maintenance is never available. Everyone knows your business. The secretary gossips. Over priced. I was assaulted on the first floor by a stranger due to broken front door lock. Landlord cares about no one.
Advice to owner:
Upgrade you building. Take care of your tenants. Give a clean and safe place to live.
