Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent stability, public transportation accessibility
Cons:
Management takes forever to fix apartment issues. They tend to loose money orders and refuse to acknowledge the issues and wants one to go on a search.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants and work with them. It makes things a lot easier if both parties are willing to work with one another.
