Nightmare on Longfellow
Former Tenant
Pros:
There’s a laundromat right across the street for convenience.
Cons:
The management was slow on addressing tenants’ concerns. The winters are brutal cause the heat is barely on. The summers are worst due to how the cheap windows were installed.

Apathetic property owner
Former Tenant
Pros:
Small number of units
Cons:
The building is old and poorly and managed. You will often have to contact an outside party to get anything done. The owner will do whatever he can to cut corners. You have to really be prepared to advocate for yourself and even then you'll get bare minimum.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive and respectful to tenants.
