Some tenants breaking regulations!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pretty clean building. Most neighbors don’t bother anyone.
Cons:
There are tenants who don’t respect boundaries! They steal other tenants packages and they bully and gossip about other tenants who has nothing to do with them! In the summer they BLOCK the entry of the building with their chairs and snicker at certain tenants who tries to get through. They are a nuisance and loud to the point the tenants on the high floors can hear clearly what they gossiping about! They also have certain people living with them that are not on their lease who also are problematic! There has been loud arguments among the tenants because of the problematics! Also, it is very easy for squatters to come into the building and hang out for many hours and smoking marijuana and the smell entering the units. Some neighbors are scared!! There is a serious infestation of mice in the building’s walls and they are scratching their way into the units!!
Advice to owner:
Please look into all the complaints that’s been mentioned. We need peace, please help 1075 Longfellow Ave. Thank you kindly
