Former Tenant
Pros:
There is a great sense of community and the neighbors care about each other
Cons:
Owners are the worst. They purchased the building and looked at the people like numbers on a page and not actual humans. - Cock roaches, rats, you name it - Bathroom used to flood all the time - boiler always broke - super doesn't know anything, always refers to management and they are in another borough - pipes would run through my apartment and leave holes in the wall - Paint chips and i have asthma - Ceiling leaks
Advice to owner:
Sell the building to someone cares about the people and not their pockets.
