Don’t Move here
Former Tenant
Pros:
There is no Pros just headaches
Cons:
The Managent team is very nasty talk very bad to every tenant. They don’t repair, there’s no elevator. Building is very noisy and dirty a lot of drug addicted people sleep and have sex in the stairs. Condoms and used needles every were
Advice to owner:
Fire the building manager she is very hostile and has 0 people skills. All your good tenants are leaving because of her. also try to rent accordingly you have a family of 10+ people living in a 2 bedroom apartment.
