In Constant Disrepair

Pros:
Mostly kind neighbors.
Cons:
Landlord does not care about the building. They have left many people’s apartments in constant disrepair and refuse to help anyone.
Advice to owner:
Start caring about your properties.

Pros:
It is clean and the garbage is organize properly outside. The super is always available to call to fix a problem.
Cons:
The building is placed in a dangerous area. However the building tenants are not a problem
