Pros:
Extremely accessible to public transportation
Cons:
Neighborhood is terrible with zero parking and noise from the street at all hours. Mice and roaches even though an exterminator comes every month. Neighbors with dogs barking and urinating in lobby.
Advice to owner:
Having some building rules like no noise or loud pets after hours
