I don’t recommend anyone living here
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are spacious
Cons:
Roaches, mice, heat and hot water issues. Tenants fights are loud and can happen at any time. The roaches come in from outside.
Advice to owner:
Check in on your tenants as you would if you needed rent.
