The Real Truth
Former Tenant
Pros:
Just having a roof over your head.
Cons:
Never maintained. Lacks attention in cleanliness, apartment repairs, and no hot water during the cold weather.
Advice to owner:
Do better. Pay attention to your buildings and tenants!!!
