Building is completely neglected

Pros:
Large apartments Rent affordable for some
Cons:
Elevator consistently out of order Building not cleaned properly Trash in hallways Feces in hallways Strangers wandering through building Broken front door saddle making for dangerous fall Roaches! Filthy Laundry room Laundry room dryers broken and never repaired Tenants leave their trash in the hallways Hot water is scalding hot and doesn’t mix properly with cold making for a dangerous situation Uneven floors Plaster walls cracking Walls and floors separating Subfloors rotting Constant plumping problems causing leaks and damage Shoddy work When it’s done Outdated electric outlets and wiring Windows frames constantly breaking
