Horrible don’t move here if you don’t have to

Pros:
Only thing is pets.
Cons:
Drug users/dealers on the first floor, ceiling entrance ready to fall apart, current super is a dog abuser, water faucet is inconveniently opposite from what is should be, no elevator, building stinks, barely to no heat in winter, rats rats rats, dirty, super doesn’t do his job, People steal, people ask you for money, smoking in stair case,
Advice to owner:
Get rid of everyone start again including yourself
