Unkept conditions sloppy building management

Pros:
Not really much i liked about the building
Cons:
Buildings always dirty the keypad outside wouldn’t work so you’ll be locked out and you’ll end up waiting forever for repairs to get done and building is full of roaches and rats
Advice to owner:
Look elsewhere
