Dirty/unsafe/rundown
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the subways and mass transit and stores and Supermarkets
Cons:
Dangerous, drug addicts getting high in hallways. No security the buzzer and front door never work or are broken, No heat or HOT water, garbage filled hallways with urine/feces, NO cleaning being done even with the pandemic, loud music and parties, inconsiderate neighbors.
Advice to owner:
You need to make MASSIVE changes to your property, you need better security and cameras installed, and get professional employees who are licensed to maintain the this property.
