Really nice place but to expensive

Pros

This building is very well maintained. Never dirty maintenance keeps it very clean . If you have a maintenance issue you call and some times they’ll come with in the hour. No complaints at at. 5 steps from the D train. So convenient.

Cons

The laundry room is very expensive and always out of order. The dryer is $2.50 for 40 minutes and set at cold so your clothes are never dry. The back of the building is very noisy because there is a club there so the music is very loud. Motorcycle noises are constant. Remember this is the Grand Concourse so it’s very loud. Two buildings down they sit out all day smoking weed and blasting music. Also the apartments are very expensive for such a bad area. I would NEVER pay over $2000 for a 1 bedroom on the Grand Concourse.

Advice to the owners

Redo the laundry room. Update the machines and lower the prices.

Very presentable and neat building.

Pros

Always clean, advanced and secured...hardly see people hanging outside the building and it’s right next to the train station.

Cons

It’s very expensive.

Advice to the owners

May be consider reducing the rent during this covid 19 .
