In need of new ownership
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fairly Large apartments. Couple of lines with sunken living room.
Cons:
It’s showing it’s age and the landlords do not care enough to do something about it.
Advice to owner:
Fix the pest problem and give the building some TLC.
