Move at your own risk
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is big and spacious the walls are thick. You won’t be hearing loud music.
Cons:
The building provides poor heat, there was mold in the apartment, a repulsive smell coming from the bathroom pipe. The tenants don’t know how to recycle the garbage. The building is infested with cockroaches and get through the door.

Infestation
Former Tenant
Pros:
There are no Pros about this building
Cons:
Complete infestation in this building, mice, roaches and bedbugs. The elevator doesn’t always work. There are exposed wires in the hallway and the entire building has a rotten smell. It’s an unsafe living condition
Advice to owner:
Fix the infestation!! Apartment 10T needs a lot of work! The elderly shouldn’t have to live like this
