Run, Don’t Walk, from Chestnut Holdings
Former Tenant
Pros:
My heat, water, and water pressure are great.
Cons:
Landlord, building manager, and superintendent absolutely do not answer online residential ticket submissions, phone calls, voicemails, or certified USPS mail. The only time you may have a chance of receiving a response is when get your attorney involved. There are rats that run around inside the walls of building units. Thankfully, none have been found inside my actual unit.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your tenants. That’s it.
