Go somewhere else
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Huge building on the concourse. -Super Ruben. Very helpful and responsive
Cons:
-Rats in the laundry mat -Workers who come into the apartment steals personal property and leave food in kitchen - cockroaches -property owner takes long to return deposit and even longer to respond back - building hasn’t been the same since the fire they had in the wall in 2019.
Advice to owner:
Care more about the people who rent. No need to be rude and ignore them.

Former Tenant
Pros:
Access to D train.
Cons:
Elevator is always shutting down, depending what floor you live on you’ll walk a bunch of flights of stairs, laundry room sometimes has roaches in the mouse traps. Neighbors can be Loud on a Wednesday
Advice to owner:
Better pest control. Keep up with maintenance on elevator

I would not recommend this management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Hardwood floors, lobby is beautiful
Cons:
Rats, cockroaches, Bad with contacting you back and emailing back. Fire happened in the building and workers stole from our apartment. Called building manager and nothing was done. They aren’t the nicest people.
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants with better care and respect them. Hire workers that do not steal from people’s apartments and leave their clothes around like they live there.

want a big room? youll have roaches
Former Tenant
Pros:
the apartment is HUGE lots of closets and the kitchen is separated from the living space which isnt too common.
Cons:
theres roaches, the building is huge so if one unit gets them, everyone will inevitably get them. there is an illegal buisness being ran in a unit causing an acetone smell. *there is an elevator to laundry room... sometimes it stops working and you are stuck in the basement with no way upstairs which must be a violation because theres no direct exit
Advice to owner:
answer your emails and listen to the issues your tenants bring forward. i will keep reporting you to 311 until the day i leave this nightmare of a building.
