This place is
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pro is the garbage gets taken out?
Cons:
Horrible building unsatisfactory and now
update now there are mice in the building
Building management and Super never get back when trying to get a hold of them is the worst
Advice to owner:
Could do better in building maintenance and in Super and tenant communication also could do and improve and time management in fixing up and checking on tenants with issues in their apartment and not have their workers call them names or talk behind their back or in front of them, while doing their work with their colleagues tenants and buildings have the right to complain about any work that needs to be done, and should be done in a timely and respectable manner
