Former Tenant
Pros:
Most of the people here leave each other alone for the most part and half if not most are elderly.
Cons:
It's very old so most of the problems is improper maintenance, it's fall apart or not up to standard we got a D grade for our electrical system by our energy provider ConEd
Advice to owner:
Get your shit together and employ someone who knows what they're doing
